St Kitts-Nevis Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas has called for a change to laws governing homosexuality and prostitution in the region.
Dr Douglas, who is also responsible for Health in Caricom, said \"the fight against HIV-AIDS is being hampered by laws, which criminalise commercial sex and homosexuality\".
In an interview with BBC Caribbean Dr. Douglas said \"he would be willing to lead the review in his own country since, he is prepared to look at how the disease is spread and what needs to be done in tackling the discrimination\".
