JC, Bridgeport to contest Walker Cup final

Defending champions Jamaica College and Bridgeport High will contest the 2010 ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel urban area Walker Cup Knockout final, following semi-final victories yesterday.
JC advanced after a 1-0 victory over Norman Manley in the first semi-final at Prison Oval in Spanish Town. An own goal by Norman Manley captain, Ramone McGregor, in the 11th minute, handed JC the victory.
In the second semi-final at the same venue, Bridgeport High also secured a 1-0 victory, this over Eltham High. Ty-Shawn Rainford scored from the penalty spot in the 62nd minute.
Eltham High had missed a penalty a few minutes earlier.
