XLCR, Manley face off in top-of-the-table clash

Excelsior and Norman Manley will face off in a top-of-the-table clash today as they continue their fight for a semi-final spot in the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association/Pepsi/Digicel urban-area Manning Cup football competition.



Both teams are locked on three points each going into this afternoon’s second set of matches in Group Three.



The three group winners along with the best second place team will contest the semi-finals at the end of the second round.



The Excelsior, Norman Manley match up is the second game of a double-header at the Constant Spring field, slated to kick off at 3 p.m.



Tivoli Gardens and Wolmer’s Boys will contest the opening game at 1 p.m. Both teams will try to get their semi-final campaign back on track, having lost their opening games earlier this week.
