St. Vincent election

The parliament in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is being dissolved today ahead of general elections on December 13.
The national poll was announced last night by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves at a political rally of his governing Unity Labour Party.
Election candidates are to be officially nominated on November 26.
