The governing Unity Labour Party (ULP) in St Vincent and the Grenadines has pledged to strengthen the gains the country has made if it is returned to power in next week's general elections.
Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves says Vincentians are far better off today in every way than when the party was elected in 2001.
He says wealth has almost doubled, 10,000 new jobs have been created and poverty substantially reduced, among other achievements.
The ULP's manifesto focuses on what Dr Gonsalves calls 10 top policies, including sustaining the war against poverty, wealth and job creation, and completing the country's first international airport.
