Monitors arrive for general election

Foreign observers are now arriving in St Vincent and the Grenadines ahead of Monday's general election.



The 13-member CARICOM team is led by Gocool Boodhoo of Guyana.



The election will also be monitored by missions from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Organisation of American States (OAS).
