India whitewash New Zealand

Hosts India completed a 5-0 whitewash in the one-day international series against New Zealand after winning the final match in Chennai by eight wickets today.
The Kiwis were bowled out for 103 in 27 overs, Scott Styris top scoring with 24, while off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin claimed 3 for 24.
India lost Gautam Gambhir third ball but Parthiv Patel hit an undefeated 56, his second One Day International fifty, sharing 97 with Yuvraj Singh.
Yuvraj hit six fours and two sixes in 42 as India replied with 107 for two to win with 173 balls remaining.
It was a second one-day series whitewash in succession for New Zealand, following their 4-0 humiliation in Bangladesh and they have now gone 11 matches without a win.
