Obama Health Bill unconstitutional

A Virginia federal judge has struck down a key part of President Barack Obama's health care reform law.
US District Judge Henry Hudson found that a clause which would require most Americans to purchase health insurance by 2014 is unconstitutional.
The Justice Department is expected to challenge the judge's findings in a federal appeals court.
Justice Hudson's judgement contradicts a previous court ruling which found the mandate constitutionally permissible.
