Black Lion defeat McCook’s Pen

Black Lion defeated McCook’s Pen 2-1 yesterday to open up a 10-point lead atop the standings of the LIME-sponsored St Catherine Football Association Major League competition.



Nicolas Brown 28th minute and Damarley Dawkins 54th minute scored for Black Lion, while Cory Sewell replied for McCook’s Pen in the 76th minute.



Dunbeholden have moved into joint second place with Portsmouth and Rodwood after victory yesterday.



Dunbeholden edged Rodwood 2-1, while Portsmouth and D.B. Basovak played to a 1-1 draw.



Spanish Town Police moved to fifth place after a 2-1 win over Cumberland, while ninth place Wanderers beat 10th place Albion 3-1.
