Preliminary hearings have started into the dual citizenship case against Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit.
The case has been brought against Skeritt by the opposition United Workers Party.
The party has been mounting a campaign to push Skerrit to resign over his alleged breaching of the country's electoral rules during the last election.
The opposition says Skerrit has since given up his French passport, a move they interpret as a sign of acknowledgement that he breached the country's electoral rules.
