Cuba translates WikiLeaks cables

Cuba has started translating and publishing American diplomatic cables obtained by the website, WikiLeaks.
The leaked documents have started appearing on the official Cuba debate website.
Among other things, they refer to Fidel Castro's medical condition, which remains a state secret.
They include a suggestion that the former leader nearly died after refusing to have a colostomy bag when he fell ill in 2006 and underwent major surgery.
In another cable, a senior American diplomat in Cuba apparently described the opposition leadership there as largely unknown, badly divided and unlikely ever to run the country.
