Haitian women still being raped

International human rights group, Amnesty International is again calling for Haitian authorities to do more to reduce the security threat to women.



According to the agency, sexual assaults on girls and women are continuing in refugee camps in Haiti almost a year after a massive earthquake hit the country.



In a report, it said armed gangs continue to prowl the camps preying on vulnerable women.



It also stated that there is a lack of proper security in those camps and the police response is inadequate.
