Economic union talks on

Eastern Caribbean heads of government are holding a two-day retreat in Grenada, days after the official start of their economic union.
The union treaty commits member states to common policies in a wide number of areas and to free movement of citizens and goods across their borders.
The next step is to give the treaty the force of law through an Act of Parliament in individual nations.
