Jamaica’s Under-17 football team will continue their preparation for next month’s CONCACAF Championship when they face the United States Under-17 side in a friendly game this afternoon.
The match, the first of two games between the teams, will take place at Jarrett Park in Montego Bay. Kick off time is at 3 p.m. and entry to the game is free.
The young Reggae Boyz are on a high following a six-week training stint in Brazil. They returned home earlier this week.
The second game will take place on Sunday at the same venue.
Twelve nations will contest the Under-17 CONCACAF Championship, which will be staged in Western Jamaica from February 14 to 27.
The top four teams will qualify for the FIFA Under 17 World Cup to be staged in Mexico this June.
