Jamaica Under-19 rugby team went down 12-8 to Mexico in its second game of the North America West Indies Rugby Association’s Under 19 Rugby Championships at the Garrison Savannah in Barbados yesterday.
The result means that Jamaica will have to await the outcome of tomorrow’s game between Mexico and Barbados.
The result of that game will determine which team advance to the final and remain in the hunt for a place in the Youth Under 20 Rugby World Cup.
The Jamaicans, who defeated Barbados on Saturday, are on four points.
The winner of the group will play the winner of the other group to determine which team advance to the Youth World Cup.
