Trade unionists from across the Caribbean say they plan to picket CARICOM heads of government when they meet in Grenada this weekend.

The Grenada Trades Union Council and the Caribbean Congress of Labour want compensation for policyholders in two insurance companies who were affected by the collapse of the CL Financial empire of Trinidad.

The issues surrounding the British American Insurance Company and Clico are also expected to be discussed at the summit.
