Take Jet Setter, Sweet Browning

The three-year-old campaign leading up to the April 2 Guineas Classics continues at Caymanas Park today with the 20th running of the Prince Consort Stakes for colts and Thornbird Stakes for fillies, both over 1400 metres.



Eleven fillies have been declared for the 1 point 3 million-dollar Thornbird Stakes, including top contenders SWEET BROWNING, CARIDAD, SENSE OF TRADITION, PALACE GUARD and PALACE GOLD.



SWEET BROWNING, who is trained by Richard Azan, is the ante-post favourite with Panamanian jockey Dick Cardenas.



The Prince Consort Stakes should be won by JET SETTER with champion jockey Omar Walker again in the saddle.
