Tivoli, Harbour View Clash in quarterfinal spot

Digicel Premier League leaders Tivoli Gardens will go in search of a quarterfinal spot when the country’s premier knockout football competition, the Flow Champions Cup continues this afternoon with four second round games.



Tivoli Gardens, who lead the premiership race by five points, will travel to Harbour View Stadium tonight for an all-Premiership clash with Harbour View at 7 p.m.



There will be another all-Premiership game, as Sporting Central Academy will host Portmore United at Brancourt in Clarendon at 3 p.m.



The remaining games are Sandals Whitehouse against Mount Pelier at Frome Complex in Westmoreland and Benfica facing Santos at Drax Hall in St Ann.



Those games are scheduled to start at 3 p.m.



Meanwhile, defending champions Boys’ Town defeated Humble Lion 4-3 on penalties yesterday at Collie Smith Drive to become the first team to book a spot in the quarterfinals.



The teams had battled to a 1-1 draw after full and extra time.



Arnett Gardens, St Georges and Fraziers Whip also booked their spots in the quarterfinals.



Arnett Gardens blanked Downs 2-0 at Anthony Spaulding Complex, St Georges upset Waterhouse 4-1 on penalties after the teams played to a 2-2 draw after full and extra time at Drewsland, while Fraziers Whip secured a 2-0 win over Monymusk at Monymusk Sports Complex.
