Crime on the rise

Dominica’s National Security Minister, Rayborne Blackmore is expressing concern about the rising level of violent crimes in that country.



Officials said the five murders recorded in the first seven months of the year is unprecedented in the history of the island.



Last month, Dominica recorded two murders, one of them being the beheading of a young man.
