Costa Rica joins Petro Caribe

Costa Rica has reportedly been invited to become a part of Venezuela\'s Petro Caribe oil programme.
The state-run news agency in Caracas, said Costa Rica could soon begin receiving oil on newly relaxed financing terms as world oil prices soar.
It would become the fifth Central American country to benefit from Petro Caribe\'s preferential terms to which several CARICOM countries have already signed on.
