Tacky advance to final
Tacky High School has made a strong charge towards winning a first time place in the rural Grace-sponsored ISSA Headley Cup final after taking first innings honours in their semi-final clash with former champions Vere at the GC Foster College.
Tacky bowled out Vere for 126 this morning after the Clarendon school had resumed on their overnight score of 107 for 8.
With a lead of 31, from their first innings score of 157 all out, Tacky have since progressed to 47 for 3.
The two-day game is expected to end today.
Under ISSA's guidelines, Tacky will advance to the final if an outright result is not achieved.
