Rain, bad light end play early in second Test

Rain and bad light have ended play early on today’s third day of the second Test between hosts West Indies and India at Kensington Oval in Barbados.
Batting a second time after taking a slim first innings lead of 11, India were 23-0 off 5.4 overs when the game was called off.
Earlier, West Indies replying to India’s first innings total of 201 were bowled out for 190 after resuming the day on 98-5.
Marlon Samuels top scored for West Indies with an undefeated 78, while paceman Ishant Sharma starred for India by claiming Test-best figures of 55-6.
India now lead West Indies by 34 runs.
West Indies trail 0-1 in the three-Test, after losing the first Test inside four days last Thursday at Sabina Park in Jamaica.
