Midseason women’s final set for Saturday

The mid-season final of the Sherwin Williams Women’s Football League between Portmore Strikers and defending champions Barbican will take place at Duhaney Park Sports Complex on Saturday.
The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 pm and is the second match of a double-header at the venue.
The opening game features an All Star Sherwin Williams team against the National Under-17 Women’s team.
The young Reggae Girls are preparing for the Caribbean Football Union Women’s Under-17 Qualifiers to be held in the Dominica Republic from August 24 to 28.
Jamaica will play Aruba and the Dominica Republic in the first leg qualifiers.
