Trinidad and Tobago striker Kenwayne Jones is set to undergo knee surgery today to assess the full extent of knee ligament damage sustained in June.
The 23 year old Jones, who plays for Sunderland in the English Premiership, was injured during the Soca Warriors 3-0 loss to England on June 1. He collided with England goalkeeper David James.
Jones finished last season as Sunderland’s top scorer and helped the club avoid relegation.
