Jamaica tick off second straight victory

Jamaica are now gearing up to face the US Virgin Islands tomorrow in their final Group ‘A’ preliminary game of the Men’s Caribbean Basketball Championship in the Bahamas following victory against Guyana last night.
The defending champions recorded an easy 74-43 victory over Guyana to tick off their second straight victory.
Jamaica have now moved to maximum four point in the group, two clear of US Virgin Islands and Antigua,
Over in Group ‘B’, hosts Bahamas hammered St Vincent and the Grenadines 106 to 58 to lead the group with six points, while the British Virgin Islands scored a close 66-63 victory over Bermuda.
Three games are on today. US Virgin Islands will tackle Guyana, St Vincent will face Cayman Islands, while the Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands will face off.
