Sunshine Girls fourth in the world

Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls remain fourth in the world according to the latest rankings published by the International Federation of Netball Associations.
Jamaica were targeting a higher position but flopped at the recently concluded World Netball Championships in Singapore.
After targeting to play in the gold medal match, the Sunshine Girls crashed to a humiliating 82-46 defeat against Australia in the semi-finals.
And in the playoff for the bronze medal, the Sunshine Girls were beaten 70-49 by England, who retained their third place.
New Zealand are the Number One ranked team in the world despite losing the gold medal match to Australia at the World Netball Championships.
The Australians, who won the gold medal following a close 58-57 victory over New Zealand, hold down the number two position.
The top 10 is completed by South Africa, Malawi, Fiji, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and Cook Islands.
