Essex batsman to replace Vaughan

England selectors have drafted in Essex batsman Ravi Bopara to replace former captain Michael Vaughan for the fourth Test against South Africa at The Oval.



Vaughan resigned the captaincy on Sunday and ruled himself out of selection for Thursday’s Test match.



Stuart Broad and Steve Harmison keep their places in the 13-man squad.



England selectors have also named their squad for the 20/20 and One-Day games, with Samit Patel the only uncapped player.
