Stephen Francis, coach of Asafa Powell, said it would take a super human effort for anyone to beat the sprinter at the Beijing Olympics.
Francis said Usain Bolt’s world record performance on May 31 has given Powell more confidence.
He said Powell has been performing extremely well since he lost the record to his countryman.
Powell recently beat Bolt in Stockholm and then ran 9.82 seconds to win in Monaco last week.
