Jamaica’s national men’s football team has fallen 14 places to 108th in the world, hitting an all-time low in the latest FIFA world rankings released yesterday.

The Reggae Boyz’ low ranking is as a result of limited international activity. Their single outing in July saw them draw 0-0 with El Salvador.

Jamaica, previously ranked ninth in CONCACAF, are now positioned at 11th in the region.

Trinidad and Tobago are now the highest ranked English-speaking Caribbean team in the CONCACAF region.

T&T jumped 10 places in the overall world rankings to be eighth in CONCACAF and 92nd in the world.

The United States have remained the top ranked team in CONCACAF and Mexico continue to shadow them in second, despite falling 13 places in the world.

European champions Spain also remain Number One in the World with Germany replacing Italy in second place. The Italians have slipped to third.

Brazil are the leading South American nation in 6th, their lowest position in 15 years.
