Barbados suspects in cop killing questioned

The Barbados law enforcement authorities are questioning two men they believe shot and wounded two police officers on Saturday.
The men were picked up just over 24 hours after a sergeant and a constable were shot multiple times as police operations continued for armed burglars, who shot and killed a 79-year-old pensioner and his son-in-law at their home last Tuesday night.
It was not immediately clear whether the suspects in the police shooting are also linked to the earlier killings.
In recent days there has been a raft of robberies, burglaries and a home invasion in Barbados.
