Cricket: Jamaica go in search of a semi-final spot

The semi-finals of the WICB Women’s 50-over competition in Barbados will be decided today following the playing of the final set of matches in the preliminary round.
Jamaica will go in search of a victory against Guyana at Yorkshire to secure one of the two semi-final spots in Group ‘A’.
Reigning champions Trinidad and Tobago, who lead Group ‘A’ with maximum six points, will play Grenada at Lime Sports Complex.
Over in Group ‘B’, St Vincent and the Grenadines entertain Dominica at Weymouth, while Barbados face St Lucia at Kensington Oval.
The top two teams in each zone will advance to the semi-finals, which are scheduled for tomorrow.
The competition concludes on Sunday with the Grand Final at Kensington Oval.
