No further action will be taken against the six Trinidad and Tobago youth cricketers sent home from the recent West Indies Under-19 tournament in Barbados.

Promising all-rounder Yannick Cariah, left-arm spinner Javed Boodram, spinner Kareem Jumadeen, batsmen Marc Panchu and Ako George and left-arm pacer Nicholas Rampersad, were sent home after breaking curfew.

Chief Executive of the local board, Forbes Persaud, said the players would receive counselling from Dr. Franklyn Dolly.

The decision was taken following a meeting with T&T Cricket Board president Deryck Murray and the parents of the players last week.

Persaud said the players had apologised and no further action will be taken.
