Egyptian protesters entered the Israeli Embassy in Cairo yesterday.
The CCN says the police fired tear gas into the crowd and gunshots into the air outside the building.
A police car was also reportedly set on fire.
Earlier, hundreds of protesters attacked the Israeli Embassy’s perimeter wall in a demonstration of political rage on what the CNN describes as another tense day in Egypt's capital.
