Bermuda’s High Court judge Carlisle Greaves has sentenced convicted murderer Antonio Myers to a minimum of 30 years in jail after he was found guilty of murdering a rival gang leader.
Myers, a member of the Middletown gang, showed no emotion as the judge imposed the sentence calling him a determined and dangerous man.
Myers showed no emotion as the sentence was passed.
He was convicted of killing Kumi Harford, a member of another gang, who was gunned down as he sat in his car near his home in Pembroke in December 2009.
The court was told that Myers and another gunman, who has not been caught, sprayed 12 bullets into Harford's car.
Myers was found guilty in March of murdering Harford and possessing a firearm, but had denied the charges.
