Trial begins for Michael Jackson's doctor

The trial has started for Conrad Murray, the physician charged with involuntary manslaughter in the 2009 death of pop singer Michael Jackson.
The Los Angeles coroner has ruled that Jackson's June 25, 2009 death was caused by an overdose of the anesthetic propofol, combined with other drugs.
Prosecutors have accused Murray of having a role in the overdose and said he could face up to four years in prison if the jury finds him guilty.
He would also lose his medical license.
According to the CNN, Murray’s lawyers will argue today that Michael Jackson was involved in certain acts that ended his own life, and that his personal physician should not be held criminally responsible for his death.
