Windies travel to Canada
The West Indies cricketers are now travelling to Canada to compete in the Tri-nation series.
The team is using the series as preparation for the upcoming International Cricket Council Champions Trophy.
Apart from the West Indies and Canada the series also involves Bermuda.
The Tri-Nations runs from August 18 to 24 while the Champions Trophy with the Champions Trophy scheduled for September 12 to 28.
Australia-born Jamaican all-rounder Brendan Nash and Guyanese Leon Johnson are the only new faces in the 14-man West Indies squad.
Jamaican Chris Gayle will lead the squad.
All-rounder Dwayne Bravo has not been considered for selection for either tour because of an injury ankle.
Prolific left-hander Shivnarine Chanderpaul has not been included for the Tri-Nation series in Canada but will join the team for the Champions Trophy in Pakistan.
The Tri Nation Series is set for August 16 to 25 in Toronto with the Champions Trophy scheduled for September 12 to 28.
