Steve Jobs died of respiratory arrest

The Associated Press news agency is reporting that the death certificate for Apple co-founder Steve Jobs shows he died of respiratory arrest linked to the spread of his pancreatic cancer.
The certificate, which was filed in Santa Clara County, California was released yesterday and listed his occupation as high-tech entrepreneur.
The Apple co-founder died on October 5 at the age of 56 at his home in Palo Alto.
No post-mortem examination was performed, and Jobs was buried on Friday.
