Wikileaks stops publishing classified files

The whistle-blowing website Wikileaks is suspending its publication of classified files.
According to Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, a blockade by US finance companies has cut off 95 per cent of Wikileaks' revenue.
He said Wikileaks would now focus instead on raising funds to ensure its future survival.
This follows the Wikileaks release of hundreds of thousands of secret US government files and diplomatic cables, on the Internet.
Assange said the organisation has lost millions of dollars in lost donations at a time of unprecedented operational costs.
The companies involved in the blockade include Bank of America, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Western Union.
