Cricket: WI still favourites to win Test

West Indies maintain their dominance of the second and deciding Test against hosts Bangladesh in Mirpur going into the final day, which bowls off tonight at 10:30 Jamaica time.



The Caribbean side need another seven wickets to win the series.



The fourth day belonged to Darren Bravo, who fell five runs short of a maiden double century.



Bravo, who resumed the fourth day on 100 with West Indies 207 for three, went on to post 195. West Indies declared immediately on 383 for five after Bravo missed his personal milestone.



Left-arm spinner Suhrawadi Shuvo had Bravo caught to end his 297-ball innings featuring 12 fours and five sixes.



Shivnarine Chanderpaul was 59 not out when the declaration came.



Set an unlikely target of 508 runs, Bangladesh will resume on 164 for three with opener Tamim Iqbal on 82 and Mushfiqur Rahim on 33.



It means that Bangladesh are 344 runs behind with seven wickets remaining.



West Indies first innings bowling hero Fidel Edwards grabbed an early scalp, when Imrul Kayes was caught at slip for nine in the third over.



Captain Darren Sammy and Marlon Samuels have also taken a wicket each.



Scores going into the final day are: West Indies 355 and 383 for five declared, Bangladesh 231 and 164 for three.



The first Test in Chittagong was badly affected by rain and ended in a draw.
