West Indies Women beat Sri Lanka Women

West Indies moved into the final of the ICC Women's World Cup Cricket Qualifier by defeating Sri Lanka by 58 runs in their semi-final match in Bangladesh today.
The match was played at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah.
West Indies will now face Pakistan in the final. The final match will take place tomorrow night Jamaica time at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Led by half centuries from Jamaican all-rounder Stafanie Taylor, Deandra Dottin and Merissa Aguilleira, the West Indies scored 235-5, and then restricted Sri Lanka to 177-7.
Dottin top scored for West Indies with 73, while Taylor scored 58 and Aguilleira 52 not out.
Anisa Mohammed and Stacy-Ann King then shared five wickets to restrict Sri Lanka. Chamari Atapattu was the top scorer for Sri Lanka with 56, while Suwini de Alwis scored 39 not out.
In the other semi-final, Pakistan came back strongly to beat the fancied South Africa by three wickets at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.
All the four semi-finalists of the qualifying round -- South Africa, West Indies, Pakistan and Sri Lanka earlier confirmed their spot in the eight-team Women's World Cup in 2013.
Defending champions England, Australia, New Zealand and Bangladesh compete the Women’s World Cup line up. The World Cup will be held in India.
