Antigua PM to address nation

Antigua and Barbuda\'s Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer is scheduled to address the nation tonight to explain why police chief Gary Nelson lost his job last week.
The Canadian-born police commissioner had held the post for five months.
On Saturday, Commissioner Nelson received a letter from the Police Service Commission confirming his dismissal.
One of Mr. Nelson\'s deputies, Tom Bennett, has been named as acting commissioner until a new top cop is appointed.
