Discarded West Indies batsman Wavell Hinds has agreed on a deal to remain with English County team Derbyshire next season.
The Jamaican batsman has impressed with both bat and ball since being given belated clearance to play as a kolpak by the England and Wales Cricket Board.
He has scored five half-centuries and taken 16 wickets in all competitions since joining Derbyshire in June.
Hinds, sidelined by West Indies selectors for almost two years, played 45 Tests and 114 One-Day International for West Indies.
