Business leaders in Bermuda have called for the government to scrap the limits on how long migrant workers can stay in the country.
Under current policy, migrant workers can only spend a maximum of six years on the island.
At the end of that period, the workers are required to go back home for two years before they can re-apply for jobs.
The law allows for exceptions to be made, but employers would have to make a very strong case.
Chamber of Commerce leader Philip Barnett said the government\'s term limit policy is not good for business.
