The death toll in Haiti from four major storms has reportedly reached 600, but is expected to climb.

Authorities in Port au Prince say 800,000 people are in urgent need of food and medicine, and 70,000 are in temporary shelters.

Aid workers have been struggling to get food and water to storm victims, as most areas remain under flood waters.

Haitians say they\'re finding it difficult to cope, without the basic necessities.
