T&T PM undergoes tests at Queen Elizabeth Hospital

The authorities in Trinidad and Tobago have confirmed that Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar fell ill late yesterday while attending the Mexico-CARICOM Summit at the Barbados Hilton hotel.
Acting Prime Minister Jack Warner confirmed that Persad-Bissessar was taken to hospital for treatment but did not give any details.
The 60-year-old leader was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados yesterday evening where she is undergoing tests.
