T&T journalists arrested for armed robberies

Two media workers are now in police custody in Trinidad and Tobago in connection with a series of robberies.



Reports say the reporter and cameraman, whose identities have not been disclosed, are employees of the Caribbean Communications Network.



Police say the two media workers and two other men dressed in bulletproof vests went to a liquor store pretending to be policemen and robbed the proprietor of thousands of US dollars.



They police were alerted and the men arrested.
