Four people have reportedly died in Puerto Rico as a result of flooding associated with a slow-moving tropical disturbance, which is drenching the US territory.
Police said two people died from heart attack, while another two drowned.
The Puerto Rican Farmers Association said damage from the rains would cost the agriculture sector at least $14 million.
The banana and coffee crops are said to be the hardest hit.
Officials said the weather system continues to affect Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the eastern Dominican Republic.
