Schoolboy competitions continue

The Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association/Pepsi/Digicel daCosta Cup and Manning Cup competitions continue this afternoon with 34 games.



In the rural area daCosta Cup, 28 games are scheduled across 10 zones.



With St James High from Zone ‘A’, Rusea’s from Zone ‘B’ and Bog Walk from Zone ‘J already assured of their inter-zone place, five other teams can cement their place today providing good result.



Those teams are Frome Technical from Zone ‘B’, Lacovia from Zone ‘E’, Spalding from Zone ‘G’, Lennon from Zone ‘H’ and Old Harbour High from Zone ‘I’.



Six games across two groups are scheduled for the corporate area Manning Cup.



In Group ‘C’ the games are Jamaica College against Vauxhall, Wolmer’s versus Denham Town and Jonathan Grant hosting Mona.



In Group ‘D’, the games are Eltham at home to St Jago, Jose Marti hosting Bridgeport and Innswood against Cumberland.



All matches are set to kick off at 3.30 p.m.
