Lloyd\'s of London, the world\'s biggest insurance market, has said that hurricanes Gustav and Ike will cost at least US$2.34 billion in damage claims.
Lloyd\'s said the estimate covers on and offshore claims for both storms, which hit the Caribbean and the United States between August and September.
Analysts say the storms, which battered the Caribbean and the United States, have cost the insurance industry about US$20 to 25 billion.
