Another Haitian Minister resigns

Haiti's Communications Minister Regine Godefroy has resigned.



Earlier this week Finance Minister Marie Carmelle Jean-Marie also left the cabinet of Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe.



Media reports have hinted at allegations of various types of government corruption.



There has been no official communication regarding the reasons Godefroy has resigned.



Godefroy was named communications minister in January after a second Cabinet shake up by Lamote who came to office last May.
